Elder Voting Realms

In Belegarth rules are determined by a war council of realms. To Vote on war council you must receive rights as a realm to have a representative. These realms are called Elder realms.

1. Rausumea - Medina, Ohio
2. Avalon - Akron, Ohio
3. Numenor - Champagne, Illinois

Fledgling Speaking Realms

Newer realms first join the War Council as speaking realms, meaning they are allowed to have representatives that take part in discussion.
