Constructing a Punch Shield

These are instructions on how to build a foam core punch shield from a sled or boogie board.

Materials Needed

• Suitable Boogie Board
• 3/8" or 1/2" Fiberglass rod
• Blue Camp Pad
• DAP Contact Cement
• Carpet tape
• Duct Tape
• Epoxy
• Cardboard
• Rope
