The name Sum'n W'fiol holds a special place in my heart as a capturing of the essence of camaraderie within this sport. I was between names at Fall Brawl and asked one of my other-mother-brothers what to put on paper. "Just put down somethin', we'll figure it out later." Later that day, another brother from another mother suggests that Sum'n is a good field callout shorthand of the name I had put on paper. From there, Sum'n the Orc was born, and to keep an essence of the original, on paper name, the maiden name W'fiol, a shortening of W(e'll) F(igure) I(t) O(ut) L(ater). It's a silly story, truly, but it fills me with a great appreciation for the sillier things in life.
