Secretary

The office of Belegarth Secretary is one of 6 elected positions within the BMCS Officers responsible for keeping minutes during any and all BMCS Officers meetings, ensuring all paperwork is filed on-time, keeping in contact with all War Council representatives during voting periods, as well as the other daily/monthly/yearly general administration tasks associated with the organization. This position is elected yearly by the War Council.
