Born from frothy beginnings, this supergroup of legendary wiz-lords first assembled at Chaos Wars 16. The Wizard Council is a hodgepodge of playboy zap chuckers, drunk ass silverbeards, gangtangs of a certain sway, them sonz of spells and mag.
