Oktoberfest 1999

Oktoberfest 1 was October 21-24, 1999 at Forest Glen Preserve.

It was the very first overnight camping event hosted by Numenor. It replaced the now-defunct Autumn War, which ended in 1998. Because the event was upgraded to a multi-day national event and hosted by a new realm entirely, it was rebranded.

It was quite cold at Oktoberfest 1, and there were snow flurries most nights. Attendance was modest, somewhere around 150.
