Existing on the border between life and death and bound to a nature spirit, Mongoose and the spirit keep each other in the mortal and material planes. The nature spirit grows flora from his body, which in turn allows him to draw on photosynthesized energy. Occasionally called from his swamp by the Obsidian Stag, Mongoose is a guardian of the wetlands, driving out evil and maintaining the balance of the ecosystem.
