Running an event

This section is designed as a how-to guide for running an event.

Event supplies:

• Troll:

Lockbox to store cash. TONS of extra pens for sign in. Sign in sheets Waivers Minor waivers Multiple light sources for night time troll, night time field searches, etc. Extra oil/batteries/whatever for troll light sources Event tokens, minor/of age String to hang the event tokens Scissors to cut the string Coat hangers for those who have locked their keys in their car. A bin to store lost and found stuff. Something to write parking passes on Roadblock

• Weapons Check:

Scale to weigh weapons Stabbing hole template. (Weapons/arrows) Pommel hole template. Width template for narrow swords Flail chain length template (Measuring tapes can be substituted) Multiple measuring tapes. Bow poundage tester Sticker for pass/fail. Pens to write why items failed Tape to mark items Scissors to cut tape
