A pirate operating out of Galahad, Calico apparently appeared from nowhere. No one seems to know who he is, where he came from, or what his motivations may be (with the notable exceptions of drink, plunder, and womenfolk). He wears the coat of a Naval officer though it is unknown if it is his own or procured otherwise. It is highly implied that he was, at one time, Captain of a ship, the fate of which, along with that of the crew, is unclear. He is known to have an Irish brogue at times, especially while inebriated, which may provide a clue as to his origins. He can also be heard speaking broken Italian to maidens who don't know any better and singing shanties and drinking songs to/with all those in earshot and is known to trade a song or two for liquor. Calico, while seemingly uninterested in the politics of Belegarth, exhibits fierce loyalty to those he allies himself with, notably Toph and Welshie of Galahad. Calico is the current captain of The Cerberus.

When not fighting, drinking, or singing, Calico can be found exhibiting all sorts of gentleman-roguery toward the fairer sex, flirting with lady archers, and instilling deep-seated Stockholm Syndrome in female hostages. Curiously, it is rare that he makes good on these advances. There is, however, one well documented romantic liaison of his known as the Kingston Incident.
