Nomination and Voting Process:

Nomination: Members of the community are encouraged to nominate individuals they believe deserve this esteemed recognition. Nominations should include a detailed write-up explaining why the nominee merits the award, highlighting their contributions and impact.
Voting: Nominations are reviewed, and Icons are voted upon by the community during the same meeting elections are held, ensuring that the selection process is inclusive and representative of the collective voice of Dur Demarion. (Award Cycle: From September 2015 onward, the award has been given out once every three years.)
Recognition: Recipients of the Dur Demarion Icon Award are honored with a ceremonial belt flag, symbolizing their esteemed status within the community. This belt flag is a visible acknowledgment of their exceptional contributions and unwavering dedication to the realm of Dur Demarion.
