Deleted a notation alleging the president had final veto rights on national Marshalls.  The by-laws actually say the President will select Marshalls for said events IF the hosting realm has not already done so OR in the case of problems. IN THIS CASE, the president has the final veto right on national marshalls.  In other words, his final veto authority only applies to two specific cases: When the hosting realm has not already selected Marshalls, or in the case of problems.  Outside of that limited exception, the President does not have final veto authority.  Come on guys, read the by-laws.  =-).
