The scourge of the high seas, the Arbitrium is the most feared pirate ship to ever harry a merchant.
To their knowledge.
In fact, the ship itself has been in dry dock for years. The crew succumbed to the fate of all highly wealthy groups of pirates: bureaucracy. Squabbling over procedure and recruitment has occupied the higher-ups for as long as anyone can remember. The current movement to take to the seas has been in committee since 1987.
Fortunately, raids undertaken ashore aren't addressed by existing Arbitrium law, and so don't require approval of the U.U. As such, everyone is still quite wealthy and immensely skilled in combat, and the group's reputation for savagery and ruthlessness has been maintained and expanded, just shifted from the sea to land.
They like to be called pirates. Call them pirates.

A unit fighting out of Cookeville, TN. Practice is held from 3pm to 6pm on Fridays at Sherlock Park, on Tennessee Technological University campus.
