Dagganoth was born to an ogre tribe many years ago. Born in a time of great hardship, his tribe was nearing extinction through famine and a great plague ravaging the land. Dagganoths Ogress mother, being a great matriarch of the tribe, and knowing that her son would die soon if she did not do something, entrusted the young ogre to the [[Bone Knife Goblin Tribe]] to raise him.
