I believe the reason why is because PVC at that length tends to flex too much and will fail. Also, you clearly missed the part that said double-ended weapons are silly and you really shouldn't bother building one because you won't use it much on a real field. It looks nice for sure, but take it to a practice and see how you fare against the local veterans. At minimum, at least go get it checked and make sure it passes at all. I believe the reason why is because PVC at that length tends to flex too much and will fail. Also, you clearly missed the part that said double-ended weapons are silly and you really shouldn't bother building one because you won't use it much on a real field. It looks nice for sure, but take it to a practice and see how you fare against the local veterans. At minimum, at least go get it checked and make sure it passes at all.
