Wildlands Rank System
The ranking system used by the Wildlands Realm:
- Warlord: Supreme Overlord during times of war. Elected from one of the council members, and leads the army during times of war, such as when enemies attack, or when staging an attack.
- Strategist: Leader during times of peace. Decides when to go to war against other kingdoms, and helps organize and regulate squads.
- Herald (Marshall): The Speaker. The Herald is the face of the group, negotiating rights to play, and other such things with others.
- Negotiator: The individual who makes sure everyone attends practices, and sees who is attending attacks, defenses, and events.
- Head Smith: The giver of resources and supplier of weapons. The Head Smith also rules out any weapons that they deem as illegal.
- General (5): The ruling Council. Each represents one aspect of rule. Warlord, Strategist, Herald, Negotiator, and Head Smith. Each has 5 Votes.
- Brigadier General (4*): Commands the Brigadiers, Commanders, and Captains. Multiple may be assigned once we have a larger realm. Each has 3 Votes.
- Brigadier (4): Commands a large group. May assemble a group of up to 8 individuals as a Squad. Each has 2 Votes.
- Commander (3): Commands a decent group. May assemble a group of up to 6 Individuals as a Squad. Each has 1 Vote.
- Captain (2): Commands a small squad. May assemble a group of up to 4 individuals as a Squad. Each has 1 Vote.
- Footman (1): Has participated in basic combat training with one of the five Generals, or a Brigadier General. Is allowed the use of a weapon over four feet in length.
- Initiate (0): Has participated in no combat training. Initiates may only use Blue weapons.
Veteran (*): Has participated in at least one year's worth of meetings. 1 Additional vote (Unless a General).
