Beholders are the abandoned children of the Ophanim experiments. They are the results of the attempted chimeric fusion of celestial fire with flesh and dust. The Ophanim point to the beholder race as the reason for man's need for the gods and deference to goodness and order. The Beholders point to the Ophanim with what can be assumed as giving the bird with their various eye stalks and dreaming up even more Beholders into reality.

A dream with the intention of dreaming up new Beholders and flipping existing Beholders like Othello pieces, at the heads of and behind various legitimate and illegitimate organizations, businesses, governments and workshop Resented by the forces of what would call themselves good and an annoyance by those of evil, and cosmic uggos by the "forces" of neutral by the githzerai(as if they had room to talk). Pinpointing the reputation and ideals of the Wayfinder Crime Syndicate (Abberation Power Movement?)
Many trying to understand the Wayfinder intentions, actions, or results would maybe talk to the various "eyes" of the organization. (wayfinders is an equal eyestalks employer) But would be left more confused by the interwoven cats cradle of actions and bare laid plans while also being completely ignorant of the workings of others in the organization at times.
A wayfinder would simply say, simply, to those confused, "Don't forget how to vibe" as doth proclaimed by the first and primordial wayfinder, Barry the Unsuckable, proof that beholders are greater than their nature. Simply turning his gaze inward, in an attempt to be the most organized selfish evil eye-prick in existence, realized that it would not be doable unless he made the world as unsuckable as he was on the inside, to the outside, as a means of liberation and to "fuckin roll in it with fat stacks".
