Kestrel

Realm leader of Gondor. Used to favor sword-and-stick (javelin-length spear in off-hand) until he got his bow and arrows. Now he arches. A lot. Partly because he sucks at everything else.

After a while of being, as he puts it, the 'interim realm leader', he was eventually elected as realm leader, after the "Opposition" party wanted a vote. ("Wait, who says he gets to be realm leader? We should put it to a vote!") The voting was unanimously in his favor.

So far as he is aware, no vote has been made since then, so he is still realm leader.

As a half-elf, Kestrel often feels as though he is between two worlds and not necessarily a part of either; this may contribute to his tendency to hover awkwardly outside of groups he does not feel he is directly invited into. Once he feels welcome, however, all bets are off.
