Bill the Random Guardsman

Bill the Random Guardsman is a ledgenday NPC of Rausumea that stems back to the days of the Rausumea Guard. Often the pit of many jokes William was the random guy characters would interact to go do odd tasks, everyone for the most part had or has control over William, or more often called Bill to go get things done.
