Instructions
First measure and cut a piece of PVC to be between 5 or 7 feet (the length is up to the builder and their height). From the left over PVC cut a 3' piece. Put spray glue on one end of both the PVC pipes. Then connect the two with the elbow joint. Spray the other ends of the PVC pipes and put the caps on them. Next place the PVC pipe on the armor. Mark the PVC pipe where cutting it in two will put equal amounts of leather on each half. Cut along this line then spray glue on both PVC pipes. Connect the two halves with the cross joint so that the cross joint lays flat on the armor back. Next cut the pool noodle along the length of the noodle. *Do Not cut completely through the entire noodle* spray the entire PVC pipe with glue and cover the pipe in the pool noodle with the exception of the cross joint. Next use the cloth tape to tape all the foam down tightly, make sure the gap between each side of the noodle somewhat overlaps. Next use the blue foam to cover the bottoms of the PVC caps and the exterior of the PVC cross. Use the cloth tape to hold it all down. Now cut four thin strips of leather. Put holes in two strips, lining up the holes so they cause the leather to loop. Attach the buckle and put on the rivet. Now the other two strips get several holes in them. Now line the flag on the armor again, this time mark where the leather will run through the cross and over the bottom part of the PVC. Rivet in the leather straps.
Tada! that is how a back flag is made!
