We will be camping at campgrounds 13 and 15 though 26 http://www.co.clackamas.or.us/docs/parks/metzler.pdf

Fees: $25 pre-reg, $30 at troll. (This includes Saturday food.) Fee also depends on how many days you plan to stay.

Pre-Reg opens Feb. 16th. Check or money required to arrive by May 9th; Paypal open till May 10th.

There will also be a donation box for future Western Wars, with the long term goal of purchasing property for events.

Age Limits: (all waivers available onsite, or in advance through contacting Huma)

18+ - Adult Waiver

16+ - Minor Waiver + Parent or Guardian onsite

14+ - As Minor, and at sole discretion of Event Coordinator

Food:Saturday night will be a breakfast feast.
Da Law: Being a park, law enforcement will be present sporadically during the event. As such, bring unmarked containers and use good discretion in personal activities.

War Council:Western Wars war council will be hosted this year. It will be informal, and any realm in attendance may participate. The goal will be to discuss the direction that Belegarth in the Pacific Northwest is taking, and where it should go in the future.

Wednesday is ARRIVAL day

Check In is 3PM Troll is HUMA all day. Check in! Unofficial Fighting.

Thursday: Troll opens at 10am

Weapons/arrow check starts at 9:30am Weapons/arrow check ends at 10:30am Official Lunch break is 1pm until 2pm. During Lunch Huma will be holding a class on one of two subjects.Basic Heralding or Basic Weapons Checking. Fighting resumes 2pm until people get sick of it, or dark. Fight at your own risk.

Friday: Troll opens at 10am

Weapons/arrow check starts at 9:30am Weapons/arrow check ends at 10:30am Official Lunch break is 1pm until 2pm. During Lunch Huma will be holding a class on one of two subjects.Basic Heralding or Basic Weapons Checking. Fighting resumes 2pm until people get sick of it, or dark. War Council will be at 6pm. I'll try and keep this to an hour or LESS. I'll be giving a Presentation of the project I've been working on in keeping my promises to you, event goes, about acquiring land.

Saturday: Troll opens at 10am
