If you want to add an entry use the search bar on the left to search for it. If you want to make a new entry with that title click on "this exact title" in red on the page and start writing your article.

Its not pretty but if you have a web Page for your Realm/Unit feel free to upload a Url. I would add Urls but I don't want to be breaking any unwritten Law.
