After a chance encounter with death, Bolvar has forged a bond with Lady Hel. He seeks to harness the power of the souls he collects to empower and enrich the strength she has bestowed upon him. Bolvar seeks out magical artifacts, looking to absorb or harness their power for uses of his own. Through this pursuit, Bolvar joined a mercenary unit - The Imperial Guard - who gave him connections and purpose to further his goals. In this pursuit, he was titled as 'The Butcher' for the nature of his vorpal blade and ability to lay waste to a field of foes. Bolvar has turned undead after performing a ritual of some of the harnessed magical items and sacrificing his loved one.

An effective weapon further honed to be more lethal, Bolvar now seeks to scale his power to those around him to accomplish even greater stories still to come!
