Filth came to Leadership in the Northlands very rapidly due to his highly proficient leadership skills. Since the day he took over, the Northlands division prospered greatly. Filth ran his division with a slightly different set of rules. Regardless of how he ran it, his division continues to produce quality work. Also Filth is a total pirate.
